LED UV Ink for Leather and Flexible Materials

SIGNRACER PREMIUMFLEX+ UV ink bottles for flexible media applications

PremiumFlex+ is developed for leather and other flexible-media workflows where the printed layer must be evaluated under bending, rubbing, and repeated handling.

PremiumFlex+ at a Glance

A flexible-media ink platform that is qualified around the material and end-use test.

Leather and Flexible Media

Developed for genuine leather, synthetic leather, fabrics, melamine, and related workflows. Surface preparation and material construction affect the result.

Flexibility by Design

The formulation is positioned for repeated bending and handling. Define the bend radius, cycle count, conditioning, and pass criteria for each product.

Color and Effect Channels

CMYK, LC, and LM support color reproduction, while White and Varnish support underprinting and surface effects when available in the printer configuration.

Qualification on Real Material

Leather finishes, coatings, plasticizers, and cleaning treatments vary. Test the complete preparation, print, cure, and handling process on production material.

Candidate Flexible-Media Applications

Use the finished product requirements to define the approval test for each material.

Fashion and Leather Goods

Evaluate straps, accessories, footwear components, and leather surfaces with the required bend, rub, color, and finish tests.

Automotive and Interior Components

Evaluate interior trim and soft-touch components against the material, cleaning, wear, temperature, and appearance requirements for the part.

Instrument and Accessory Finishes

Use production samples to qualify detailed graphics on cases, covers, and other parts that bend or receive repeated handling.

Recommended Rollout for PremiumFlex+

Validate flexibility, adhesion, and appearance before committing the job to production.
1

Map substrate behavior

Classify material families and define bend, abrasion, and adhesion requirements per SKU.

2

Tune cure and color profiles

Set print modes, layer build, and curing windows, then profile the approved material for the required visual result.

3

Validate with real handling tests

Test rubbing, bending, cleaning, and relevant environmental exposure against documented pass criteria.

4

Scale with documented controls

Record preparation, print, cure, conditioning, and inspection settings so approved results can be repeated across batches.

When to Choose PremiumFlex+

Evaluate PremiumFlex+ when the job combines a flexible substrate with defined bend, rub, adhesion, and appearance requirements.

  • The production material is leather, synthetic leather, fabric, melamine, or another flexible construction.
  • The finished part will be bent, folded, rubbed, cleaned, or repeatedly handled.
  • The job needs light colors, White, or Varnish in addition to CMYK.
  • You can qualify the actual material and document the approved preparation, print, cure, and handling process.
