Redefining Printing Through Innovation and Synergy
Industrial UV print quality does not come from the printer or ink alone. Printheads, waveforms, ink delivery, temperature, colour management, media preparation, and LED UV curing must operate as a coordinated system. SIGNRACER develops printer and ink configurations with that relationship in mind.
The Role of Inks in Professional Printing
Ink formulation influences jetting, wetting, colour, surface finish, flexibility, and resistance characteristics. The final result also depends on the substrate, preparation, print mode, curing settings, and end-use tests, so application approval should be based on production-representative samples.
Ink Reservoirs for Stable Operation
On applicable SIGNRACER configurations, ink bottles also serve as printer reservoirs. This arrangement simplifies replacement and limits repeated transfer between containers. Operators should still follow the documented storage, handling, filtration, and maintenance procedures for the selected ink system.
Quality Manufacturing and Low Viscosity
SIGNRACER OEM inks are manufactured by Nutec Digital and matched to the intended printhead and waveform. Typical operating temperatures are around 38°C for colour inks and 40°C for White, with the exact setpoints and maintenance routine defined by the approved printer-and-ink configuration.
The Power of Synergy
Matching inks, waveforms, printheads, temperature control, and curing settings gives operators a documented starting point for production. Profiles and print modes can then be selected for the required balance of colour, detail, surface performance, and throughput rather than assuming one setting is optimal for every job.
