A honeycomb vacuum bed divided into 4 zones supports stable media hold across the full print area. Registration pins help keep artwork placement consistent from job to job—useful when you’re running signage and proof rounds on mixed panel sizes.
LED UV curing tuned to the job
LED UV curing uses variable power levels and multiple curing widths (90 mm single / 180 mm double / 210 mm triple). This lets production teams match curing coverage to the media and pass strategy used for industrial decoration and packaging proofs.
Flatbed versatility for common industrial substrates
The 2512 supports a wide range of rigid and flexible media, including PVC, Aludibond, acrylic, wood, MDF, glass, PET-G, composite panels, leather, corrugated board, mesh, vinyl, and foam board. Max thickness up to 100 mm supports thicker signage and industrial components.
